This Refund/Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which Certify Business Pro will issue refunds or cancellations for its services. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our policy.
General Policy:

Full Refund: We offer a full refund for cancellations requested within 7 days of the initial purchase of any service, provided no services have been rendered.

Partial Refund: After 7 days, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the percentage of services already completed. However, non-refundable fees like processing fees or administrative costs may be deducted.

No Refund: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the service has been fully rendered or upon completion of a specific milestone outlined in the agreement.

Client Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by Certify Business Pro, please contact us within 30 days of the completion of the service. We will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If, after a reasonable effort, a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Unavailability of Services: In the unlikely event that Certify Business Pro is unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
